Description

Coil Specifications

• Advanced Coil with 5/8-inch Tubing:
  Constructed with copper tubes.
• Customizable Fin Spacing:
  Available with fin spacing of 6mm, 10mm, or 13mm to suit various applications (below freezing, above freezing, and freezing tunnels).
• Optional Configurations:
  Can be manufactured with double fin or triple fin designs.

Unit Capacity

• SB Evaporator Models:
  Available in 12 models with a nominal capacity range of 43 to 190 kW.
• Applications:
  Ideal for freezing tunnels and below-freezing cold storage facilities.

Body Specifications

• Galvanized Body Coating:
  Manufactured using CNC machinery.
• Special Body Design:
  Features enhanced structural strength and aesthetic appeal. Includes hinged doors with locks on both sides of the evaporator for easy access to the terminal and expansion valve during maintenance.
• Hinged External Drain Pan:
  Facilitates periodic servicing and inspection of the internal drain pan heater when installed at height.
• Internal Drain Pan:
  Made of aluminum to ensure high heat transfer efficiency, complete ice melting, and prevent ice from falling into the drain outlet.

Electrical and Fan Specifications

• Fans:
  Equipped with 80 cm German-made fans (Ziehl-Abegg) featuring overload protection for the electric motors.
• Fan Blade Design:
  Unique blade design minimizes noise, ensures high efficiency, and maintains proper dynamic performance.

Heating Elements Specifications

• Holder Clips:
  Defrost and drain heaters manufactured by the reputable Sedes company, equipped with silicone-insulated wires resistant to heat, pre-wired inside the junction box.
• Series Wiring:
  Heaters are wired in series to reduce the potential difference across each heater to 190 volts, extending their service life.
• Drain Funnel and Pipe Heater:
  Prevents freezing of drain water along the exit path, remaining active at all times.

Other Features

• Defrost Thermodisc:
  Adjustable installation positions on the coil for optimal defrosting.
• Electrical Box:
  Includes oversized terminals and pre-wired connections for fans (with overload protection), drain and defrost heaters, drain funnel heaters, and the defrost thermodisc.
