When high-efficiency refrigeration systems are required, particularly for cold storage facilities and refrigerators with multiple evaporators, a cold storage compressor rack system is often employed. This system, equipped with multiple compressors, provides the necessary cooling capacity to meet the total demands of the site.

Unlike conventional condensing units, which typically feature a single compressor, the cold storage compressor rack—also known as the central rack—houses 2 to 6 compressors. These compressors work in parallel to supply the required cooling for cold storage rooms and refrigerators.
